Stuffed Russet Potato

Russet potato being room temp, cut 1-1/2″ vertical slot half way through

You can use maple syrup, garlic, bacon, hot/sweet peppers, brown sugar, cinnamon, beef jerky, your favorite cheese, and bacon to stuff the potato.  The nice thing is, all of these cook with the potato.  Top w/ provolone & garnish for color.

Apple Crisp in the Apple

Grill or bake:  Core the apple with The Spud Kings.  Mix butter, oatmeal cinnamon, brown sugar, Graham cracker crumbs (optional) together.  Alternate layers of apple and crumbs … one layer caramel, one layer oatmeal, repeat.

Grill:  Core the potato with The Spud Kings.  Stuff with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, marshmallows (optional)
